Matcha is a fantastic substance.
Don’t make tea with it, ingest it. Dosage:1
- Typical ‘dose’ is 1/4 of a teaspoon in e.g. the morning smoothie
- 1/2 a teaspoon is a strong dose
- 1 teaspoon is, for me, too much i.e. enough to introduce behavioural changes and feels to me to be about equivalent to 150mg of modafinil
