The objective of this call is to understand whether you will be able to complete the tickets that are assigned to you in this sprint, according to the ADO board. To achieve this, each update should be answering the following ‘stand-up’ questions, with the overall objective in mind:

• What tickets are the focus for the day?
• What are the blocker(s), if any?
• What tickets are at risk, i.e. might not complete in the sprint?
• What help is required from the team?

Please note: as a courtesy to the team if you are unable to attend the stand-up for any reason message the team based on this invite in Teams, to let them know your update. You should also keep all your updates consistent in ADO, aim to complete an update every other day if your ticket has been open for several days.
